      For the most part nice people and benefits.

      Cons

      Company isn’t making money and is on the edge of going broke. Pay your employees well that manage customers. Company lunches don’t make up for low pay. Managers that don’t know how to manage. No vision or clear direction from management.

      Pros

      I love my job at Widepoint and I see myself working here until I retire. As long as you do your job theres no questions asked. No hovering or anything which I like and everyone is really nice!

      Cons

      Sometimes raises are hard to come by but as long as the company is doing well then theres nothing to worry about!
