Pros

Work remotely from anywhere is a huge plus.

Cons

I've been with the company for over 6 years and have gotten great reviews but have never gotten a raise for more than 3%. You are expected to account for 90% of the time worked every day. There are no career paths for advancement. You are expected to be on call, but there is no pay for that added responsibility. Company lags behind the industry. Management is too slow to move and adapt to new technology. We still aren't really allowed to use AI at work. It seems like the parent company does not have a firm grasp of what WideOrbit does.
