      *founder and CEO is incredible and taught me so much *a community of driven individuals where we work as a team wanting to succeed together

      None! It’s a start up which may not be for everyone but this place was amazing for me.

      Pros

      The company is led by a top-tier visionary. He also finds solutions to issues no matter the complexity. He is very inquisitive, driven, and highly focused on KPI indicators for the company.

      Pros

      - Co-founder extremely friendly and a joy to work with - Snacks -Basic Tech Benefits (Health, Dental, etc)

      Cons

      - No clear goals or direction - Project pivots every 2 to 3 months - Lack of appropriate management - No testing - Work isn't organized into sprints, no PMs - Engineers don't have a say in what should or shouldn't be implemented: leadership says, leadership gets - Fellow engineers are extremely immature, women would not feel welcome here - No overtime pay, but expected long hours because "startup"
