The career growth and promotion path can move pretty fast if you perform well and have a growth mindset. The team members are talented and supportive. We often hang out after work. Leadership is also insightful and often helps train people in different areas, including business thinking. Working here is fun. I see the impact I am making, which is rewarding. The product itself is well-known and keeps evolving quickly, so there are always new challenges and learning opportunities.
