Changes are needed, but are ignored. Certain parts of management lack the knowledge to be in the position they are in. Agents feel no drive or motivation to grow within the company due to clear favoritism towards members of management, when it's very unclear what that person does for their job. A member of management knows less than newer team members, has no clear role, and is often busy doing other non-work-related tasks, while working hours. Certain management often feels fake, speaking completely in AI, or attempting to show productivity, when everyone is aware they are doing no real work. If this person were to step down into our role, they’d perform poorly. These are clearly alarming issues and need to be taken care of.
