The pay and benefits are okay. The esop is good, and after 3 years you can collect on it. Pto is ok and easy to take. That's about it.

Toxic playground environment, incompetent senior management team, no accountability by senior leadership, no career advancement. The company operates on a do as I say not as I do finger pointing mentality.
