      Benefits were good. Good health care, 401K match, and ESOP

      Cons

      Toxic environment. People with little to no leadership, knowledge, and poor behavior were constantly rewarded. Very prominent circle of friends self promoting.

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are okay. The esop is good, and after 3 years you can collect on it. Pto is ok and easy to take. That's about it.

      Cons

      Toxic playground environment, incompetent senior management team, no accountability by senior leadership, no career advancement. The company operates on a do as I say not as I do finger pointing mentality.
