      You can not follow instructions, not do your job, make repeated mistakes (the same ones) but you'll never get fired.

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are okay. The esop is good, and after 3 years you can collect on it. Pto is ok and easy to take. That's about it.

      Cons

      Toxic playground environment, incompetent senior management team, no accountability by senior leadership, no career advancement. The company operates on a do as I say not as I do finger pointing mentality.
