Pros
Fake environment. Positions and promotions are based on how the boss likes you or how many friends you have. Benefits are ok, but there are not the best. HR always turns a blind eye on any controversy.
Cons
It is just a fake environment. They say they are inclusive and all that but only like 15% of the college is POC. Many minorities as secretaries or custodial jobs, but not in leadership positions.
