Pros

Enjoyed working with a particular group of people that were good, honest, hard working people who wanted to make sure projects and more importantly, the customers were happy with their installations. Also, liked certain amount of independence to complete work.

Cons

Impossible workloads for support staff so nothing is ever complete. Ridiculous processes that always have issues making each day feel like a failure or making what could be easy into something extremely difficult for no logical reason. All of the issues / work creates stress making employees depressed/ anxiety ridden. Pay/ benefits were not in line to actual responsibilities. Ex: Program Manager pay much higher than CSR, but duties did not compare. Felt like Old Boys Club...few women in management roles and management didn’t seem to take advice / ideas of women in support roles seriously even though they were the people truly dealing with customers and issues. There is an overall feeling of resentment and negativity due to overwhelming workloads and pressure. Management seem oblivious to all of this.

Pros

- Great reputation in the industry - Both financial and manpower resources are available - Income potential is strong for sales - Benefits are strong - Strong national presence - Good folks

Cons

- Regional management may not be as strong as it needs to be (education, experience, management skills). - Project management ranks are a bit weak in capabilities and experiences which can cause some projects to struggle - Motto might be less is more, they tend to work people to the point of exhaustion at all levels in an effort to run lean. - Just too much to do with the available manpower resources which causes mistakes and lost profit opportunities - Can be very "high school" unfortunately - Internal processes can cause tremendous back ups and frustration although it is recognized that in many causes they are for good intentions
