I've been at Whitestone 5+ years and have overall loved my career and time here so far. I enjoy my employees, the atmosphere of the office, and the fun things we get to do outside of work. We have really great benefits and I've been able to choose the direction I wanted to move in.
Cons
I haven't had any cons to report, but sometimes I can become really busy all at once. That said, time management is all you needto handle that.
My coworkers were helpful and easy to learn from. I got to see real job sites and plans firsthand,
Cons
Some of the job sites had a pretty aggressive atmosphere, I was often treated more like an obstacle than part of the team. It made for a rough adjustment early on.
