Great Operations hindered by Austin office - Anonymous employee WhiteWater Midstream Employee Review

Very poor HR department especially at the top. Don’t expect any helpful communication. For a very small company, head of HR acts like an overlord of a Fortune 500 company. Very good people work there, but I would say growth and professionalism are hindered by HR. Can be manipulative and redirect blame to innocent parties rather than just fixing the issue or arresting it head on. Not much diversity. Senior leadership looks like one family.
