Awful interview process - Anonymous employee WhiteWater Employee Review

Never worked here just interviewed with them. Process took 7 weeks and was unsuccessful due to not having experience in the country, even though they knew that before interviewing me. Felt it was a cop out of a justification after wasting my time for 7 weeks. Communication was stagnant and they showed no consideration for me as a candidate. Did not need to take 7 weeks for 3 interviews to find out I was unsuccessful
