Please save yourself the time and trouble. All smoke And mirrors with this place. They tell you one thing during orientation to get you in the door and to say it in a nice way none of it is true ! They have their favorites that they let get by with anything, but if there is something they don’t like about you they will definitely find a reason to fire you without actual proof of any wrong doing on your part. I saw it on many occasions over my years of working there. Upper management, hr, (some) coworkers will smile in your face but try their best to get you fired behind your back if you stand up for yourself at all. There is no room for advancement. Poor- ok pay. Horrible health insurance. I did love helping residents though.
