2yHi there, as previously stated, we would like to thank you for taking the time to give feedback about your experience. We apologise for any dissatisfaction you may have experienced while working for our company. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we always strive to provide a better workplace environment for all our employees.
We’d like to make you aware that we have relayed your feedback to the appropriate departments.
Regarding your comment on the lack of training, this is surprising as all employees, whether apprentices, trainees or experienced staff, undertake a structured training plan. Apprentices have 1 day per week dedicated to training, as well as access to CBT courses. Other staff have at least 1 dedicated training day every 2 weeks. All new starters of any type have a customised 1-2-1 training plan with senior engineers, and access to additional CBT or in-person training as required for their role.
We are sure there must have been a misunderstanding between us because some of the points you have raised in your review have not been highlighted before by any current or past employees. We have been operating in this industry for more than a decade and not received any such comments in regard to our training.
