      Pros

      Team centered and focused. They train all new recruiters. It is a very fast paced environment so they make sure everyone is prepared and trained.

      Cons

      No 401k Health benefits are expensive and poor coverage Work can become very overwhelming if you don't know how to time manage.

      Thank you for the feedback! We definitely look for people with strong organizational skills and time management skills but we can also train these skills over time. Because it's difficult to address the needs of our employees anonymously, I would encourage you to talk to your supervisor or one of the partners of the firm about your concerns regarding benefits as well as long-term opportunities with the company.
