Good quality product, easy to merch and sell Nice teams and support from H/O Some good relationships between stores. A couple of star managers that are very supportive and will go the extra mile for you. Performance related bonus structure - achievable for many.
Cons
Could be a little more competitive with salaries Not a very diverse brand Footwear quality lets them down compared to their other products Quite conservative with updating styles
