Very Disappointed in management - Non-Technical Role White Mastery Employee Review

There are just no pros to fill in. The company is that bad. The only good point we can talk about are the employees you will be working with. They are really nice, that's the only reason one might want to consider staying back. But don't make that mistake! You'll suffer!

Candidates join seeking positions in a specific field but once they are in, they are made to take up assignments and fill up positions in any department. All this is done in the name of "Experience" The top two people who run the show are very rude when addressing employees and use really unparliamentary words in the office. Nothing you do is ever appreciated, so don't even bother impressing them trying to put your best foot forward. It's just a waste of time! The worst part is, salaries are NEVER paid on time. The management ends up blaming you for not being paid on time saying "you didn't complete the project on time, so there's no money to pay you." This is the worst office environment you can ever imagine. Do yourself a favour and don't apply here!

No salary on time, no job growth, no job security, poor management, micromanagement, and no worthwhile projects. Working here is a waste of time.
