Lots of POC at the bottom, barely any/basically none from supervisor level and up. Management much harsher on guests of color and let white guests get away with mistreatment/not following rules that they would call the cops on other guests for

Thank you for providing your feedback. The details within this review are concerning and we would like the opportunity to learn more directly from you. Please contact us at HRBP@whitelodging.com.
There are many growth opportunities, even outside of your current department, which allows for career development across different areas. White Lodging is genuinely one of the best companies I’ve worked for. Even when visiting different properties, each team has its own unique, family-like culture, which makes a positive difference considering how much time we spend at work.
Cons
Some positions may require longer days and a variable schedule, which is common in this industry. While holidays are not always guaranteed off, I personally don’t mind the flexibility that comes with that.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful review! We’re especially glad to hear that our teams create a supportive culture at each property. It’s important to us that associates feel both valued and empowered to develop their careers in ways that are meaningful to them.
We also appreciate your candid feedback about scheduling and the demands that can come with certain roles. As you noted, flexibility is a key part of the hospitality industry, but we understand the importance of balance and continue working to support our teams in managing their schedules as effectively as possible.
Thank you again for your perspective and for being part of what makes our culture so special!
Good corporate work environment. I loved my bosses and co-workers. I really felt like the company does a good job of setting their employees up to succeed.
Cons
None that I can really think of. They could've given better raises. The only reason I left was for a better opportunity but I would go back in a heart beat.
