Pros
Some of my coworkers have turned into life long friends.
Cons
I highly recommend working here if you enjoy being undervalued, overworked, and want to have a toxic work environment. When it comes to management and upper management, it takes a deep dive into being toxic and uncaring. Your thoughts and opinions may seem like they're being listened to, but never come to fruition for who knows what reason. The truly hard working employees are not valued, are overworked, and taken advantage of. If you're good at brown nosing and getting in with the right people, then look no further for a job, this is your place to be. New ideas for products, marketing, or overall wellbeing, go no where; they stop at the top and that's it. If there would be trust placed into the hands of the employees and managers, instead of every single thing being micromanaged, the owner could actually have a work-life balance instead of working all hours and on vacation, and his employees would feel valued instead. Many of the managers should not actually be managers. They were put in the role for one reason or another, and do not understand what it takes to be a good manager. They would be better off as a colleague instead of a higher up. During my time, I felt frustrated that my ideas were seemingly ignored, that my experience at the company did not warrant enough of a "we want to keep you here" response, The overall "sayonara" I received told me everything I needed to know. If you can muster it out, some of the people are great. But ask yourself before accepting a job if your worth is greater than all the frustrations in the world a job can bring.
