Work from home Flexibility No micro managing from anyone

Cons

No benefits Management doesn’t provide support for its sales staff No training Their attitude is customer is “always right” even when they are not. This is done at the detriment of their employees. They are not fully transparent with their clients.

Lots of variety in the day to day work. Fantastic support. Learn to be a sales hunter. Fair pay. Home office.

Cons

No benefits. You must be a self-starter to succeed.

Pros

Flexible work hours. Fair pay. No micromanagement, unless underperforming. Interesting and diversified client base. Provide adequate tools like ZoomInfo for prospecting.

Cons

Not enough operations support structure. Salesforce CRM support and processes inadequate and cumbersome. No benefits and no company structure to speak of. You feel like your alone on an island. I work well in that structure, but if you don't, you won't succeed here. Some upper management very impersonal and inapproachable.
