Great pay and really easy job if you know what you're doing.

Poor upper management that is clueless when it comes to the actual operations and maintenance of a processing facility. I could tell in minutes that my manager had no clue what he was doing and the only knowledge he had was what I told him. He would take what I would say and act like they were his ideas. I have no doubt he cost the plant manager his job and he is no longer with the company. The fact he was able to fool so many people amazes me.
