Pros
Some lovely people very committed and highly knowledgeable in their field. Some good benefits and perks. Some outstanding artists represented. Departments run like separate companies with separate cultures.
Cons
Very poor communication from leadership. Culture of micromanagement and some unchecked bullying in some departments. Toxic work environment at times. On call culture with some staff afraid to not check phones during the night.
