Jim, as a teacher, always emphasizes the importance of communication. He never hesitates to pick up the phone and jump on a call with a client or collaborator. He encourages his models and employees to be on constant communication, so we are all in the loop on what is going on. Jim allowed me to sit in and take notes on many of these calls.
