Good team working Management do listen if approached calmly and with sensible proposals - Some of the latter having been implemented to a reasonable degree.

I do not feel that there are any specific cons as working for this company is like any other i.e., there are expected targets to be met, there are challenges, and there can be some stressful times where deadlines require meeting. I feel that some comments that have been raised about the company and owners are harsh and uncalled for when most recently they've sadly been from disgruntled ex employees.

I have worked at Whistlefish for many years, and it's the best job I've ever had. I have grown, learnt a lot and made lifelong friends. I have been nurtured and my employer has noticed my full potential. Not only does this job offer a great pay rate, but the hours suit me perfectly. I would not want to work anywhere else.
