Pros
The most best reason that make you working with this company is are flexible, when ever you need a break or ever have to move somewhere else for a while and you comeback and you still have your place at the unit, I know the hourly rate is completely Nothing but still the only opportunity for the ones without any qualification :(.
Cons
As been already mentioned, the wages are really ... comparing the effort you doing ( you do the job of two Royamail postie and still getting half what they get paid ), the uniforms also made from cheap quality and if you ask for a spare you will never get another one, the bike: you will be risking your life mates :), target time: you have to kill your self to get that :).
