      Pros

      The only pro was the Director of Sales, he was pushed out as well.

      Cons

      Management requested that all current employees login to Glassdoor to complete fake reviews. Notice how reviews come in all around the same time? The owners tell the employees they must post a positive review, they even gave certain talking points the reviews must hit on.

      No full time positions, sometimes extended hours based on additional bookings, schedule not consistent, sometimes no breaks due to bare minimal staffing
