Pros
Benefits were comprehensive, team members are smart and fun, management is becoming more transparent, the clients that we have are interesting and projects can be challenging but rewarding and enjoyable. There are opportunities for training and certifications. Flexible PTO is nice to have.
Cons
They are going through a lot of changes and layoffs are inevitable. Job security and comfortability dropped. Lack of work results in some people being overly utilized with their projects and others having no work. Clients are last to know about turnover. Employees do not find out about layoffs until they go to reach out to that person and they're gone.
