Pros
Good office environment, it's always fun working at a company that's great at what it does and is growing and profitable. Good office perks like free food, fun outings. Open communications with (most) managers. Beautiful offices.
Cons
Hard work and demanding clients. The company has been hiring to ease the burden on the staff. Was very crowded, but knocking out a wall to add more space.
