Great company - Front End Developer When Then Employee Review

Interesting tech-stack, tasks, product in general is interesting and innovative.

Small compensations that doesn't change over time. When you're contract is almost expired no one from the HR is contacting you in order to tell you at least something like: "we're satisfied with you're work and we would like to give you a new contract". That would be nice for the start. Even nicer would be if that sentence would end with "...and in your new contract we have increased your yearly salary amount" . But none of this things were happening here.

Nothing, company lacks strategic direction and changes product roadmaps constantly. Management are quick to blame others rather than take accountability. Dubious sales approach which for some will question how much a job really means to you.

No one really knows whats going on in this company as many employees know what is being told to them is questionable. Also 4 day working week is untrue, they have been trialing it for nearly a year as a pilot which was supposed to end in Jan I believe, you do get the last Friday of every month off. Quarterly trips have never happened which they promote as a perk.
