      One of a kind experience doing what no other Part 135 flight department can do. You use your knowledge base and Work alongside some great pilots! There is still room to grow for folks who are hungry and want to learn

      Cons

      Low flight volume makes for nervous folks who've seen what this looks like before. Some gatekeeping still happens with department upper management.

      Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
