      New Atlanta office, well staffed.

      Poor management, poor financial position, lack of internal mobility, company run on Excel spreadsheets, HR and leadership hostility (verbal attacks and personal attacks), lack of processes in highly regulated environment, lack of leadership accountability.

      Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
