      Absolutely everything. I have never seen more inept, micro managing, and clueless technology leadership in my 25+ IT career. And the executive leadership does not seem to care one bit. It is just one bad decision after another. One of the worst places to work for.

      Pros

      Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
