      It was nice being around the aircraft.

      Cons

      The accounting department is overworked. On my first day I was told by my coworker that “we just work through lunch”. Very stressful environment overall, with messy books.

      Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
