      Incredible experience working in a fast paced and results driven envirnoment. The company is constantly innovating and is growth oriented. The energy and culture is amazing....just need to be able to keep up!

      Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
