      Interesting concept and business model

      Cons

      Can’t make real money unless you’re at the top in the board room. When people ask what you do and respond I sell Private Jet service and they say wow I bet that’s tough but when you sell one you make bank! And your first thought is I wish....it’s time to go make bank somewhere else.

      Base cash compensation is above average. Work-life balance can be good as well, depending on the team.

      Cons

      Some teams are led by toxic managers, and your experience can become very difficult if you end up on one of those teams. Management may appear supportive on the surface, but periodic layoffs create ongoing uncertainty.
