Great work culture, is fast-paced and the team is intent on helping you gain knowledge. If you're desiring to grow quickly while being exposed to new learning experiences and resources involving help desk and IT troubleshooting, it's great for beginning.
Cons
Pay is below average, especially to start and for full-time but the knowledge they provide may be worth it depending on your circumstance. The difference in the mannerisms of upper management vs. the technicians and support agents is noticeable. Some are less open than others with creating that "team environment" they strive to uphold.
