Pros
- The company has a nice office in Fort Lauderdale. - The staff are great and sociable. - Great place to START your IT career, you can learn a lot.
Cons
- There are more "managers" and "directors" than there are technical staff on hand. - VERY low paying salary versus alternatives in the job market, depending the position you start at (Support Technician or below), living on your own will probably be tough or near impossible with how low it is. - You can get an internship for as much or more money. - The only way to get a raise is to get promoted, and the raises are very small (from what I gathered from others at that time, $1-2 per promotion) as well. - While they won't spend money on their employees, they will spend a decent amount on snacks and renovations to the office. - Very limited opportunity for actual growth. - Extremely high turnover rate, which creates stability issues on the help desk. - Upper management know nothing about anyone who actually works on the helpdesk, which feels odd for a company of less than 50 people.
