      Pros

      You get to work on a healthcare product

      Cons

      Because you work on a healthcare product, they think you should be ok with low pay and extra hours for “helping people” I don’t know where to begin. Some of my coworkers were great, but management has lots of work to do. Expecting perfection 100% of the time is ambitious. Top execs would sometimes deliver speeches at all-hands that basically said “oh poor us we invested so much into this company” meanwhile some of us were paid pennies to do 3 people’s jobs, something we didn’t sign up for and wasn’t communicated in the interviews or job postings. Plenty of politics and cliques within the company. HR can be pushy and shady. Wheel has no idea what its product actually will end up being.

      Pros

      Highly intelligent and driven leadership team with a genuine passion for the company’s product and long-term vision. There’s also a strong, intentional focus on supporting employee success and professional development.

      Cons

      No major downsides identified so far. As with many startup environments, the pace can be demanding, and employees are expected to take an active role in managing their work-life balance and schedules.

      - Create my own hours - Work from home - Impressed by how diligent this Company is to make sure Guidelines are followed - Extremely busy which is positive - Champion NPs always available for questions and teaching - Multiple different platforms, impossible to get Provider burnout - Atmosphere is extremely friendly - Support Staff always available to help - Always new opportunities
