the team here is spectacular. they've managed to hire people that are very sharp, passionate about doing good work, but still down to earth and not hardos about it. business is doing well, leadership is dialed in, and there are a lot of opportunities since there's so much to do. they aim to compensate above market as well so that's nice
Cons
as with any startup things can get prioritized/de-prioritized at a moment's notice. company is hitting an inflection point where things are at increased scale and complexity and so lots of organizing needs to happen
