      Well when I started working there i was not train by anyone I was very disappointed because i use to work at a different restuarnt and there were there to help me out with anything at whataburger i was just thrown there they wxpected me to know it all in one day

      Pros

      At the Kingsfield and Highway 29 Location, I found that the people I worked with made it worth it. The rush hours were sometimes quite fun when everyone was flowing well. Pay raises are yearly with your annual review. They encourage moving up in the company.

      Cons

      Customer Service can be terrible for your mental health. I received a 20-cent pay raise, though it was for one year.
