      Monthly bonuses, pay more then most fast food places, 50% off menu, decent benefits

      expected to work 50+ hours a week including all holidays except Christmas, try to achieve unrealistic goals, always reminded you are replaceable, training is never followed but always be at fault

      Pros

      At the Kingsfield and Highway 29 Location, I found that the people I worked with made it worth it. The rush hours were sometimes quite fun when everyone was flowing well. Pay raises are yearly with your annual review. They encourage moving up in the company.

      Cons

      Customer Service can be terrible for your mental health. I received a 20-cent pay raise, though it was for one year.
