Pros
Operations leaders are hard working and genuine - great team. Strong company culture and brand recognition, great food, decent pay and benefits. Field operations has good career path.
Cons
Corporate office leaders preaches "pride, care, and love" but that's only practiced for a select few. New ownership has created more of a bottom line approach versus a people approach. Recent layoffs in 2020 could have been handled better.
