      Pros

      Its an easy place to work. The job is simple and does not require much thought. Most of the time it is IT in a box and I feel it can be acomplished by anyone with IT experience.

      Cons

      Pay is bad and they need to change. The pay is very very bad. In comparison to other companies Whataburger pays low. Also does not seem to want to increase pay based on performance.

      Pros

      At the Kingsfield and Highway 29 Location, I found that the people I worked with made it worth it. The rush hours were sometimes quite fun when everyone was flowing well. Pay raises are yearly with your annual review. They encourage moving up in the company.

      Cons

      Customer Service can be terrible for your mental health. I received a 20-cent pay raise, though it was for one year.
