Pros
Hard to think of any but some of the teachers are nice and it's an easy job
Cons
I worked as an English teacher for a number of years in Spain and this was by far my worst experience. They treat teachers poorly, the management are completely incompetent, disorganized and take no accountability for their roles, the classes are really poorly designed by people who clearly do not know nor care how students actually learn languages and the pay is appealing. I don't know how they managed to find the most unsuccessful English speakers from around the world to make them all heads of studies and developers. Almost every presentation I ever used had grammar and spelling mistakes. There are many lovely academies in Spain so I wouldn't recommend settling for this one as it's essentially a scam to trick Spanish people into paying for a full year of classes knowing they won't get anywhere with the course
