Pros
Transforming from a startup to a more structured company but I think they are doing a good job. The culture is pleasant and relatively relaxed with some people crunching hard and some people working strictly 9-5 and leaving afterwards. I feel strong tendency to help and support newcomers when they are struggling with new work topics and processes. The company has recently started to offer stock options as a motivating feature.
Cons
- Salary. - The workload tends to be more than people can handle. Work from current week overflows to the next one causing stress, resulting in not meeting targets, resulting in not getting bonuses.
