      Upward movement, good benefits, great coworkers

      Cons

      Lack of transparency regarding whether we’ll be able to work on a hybrid schedule indefinitely. We worked from home for 2 and half years with great success, now we are being strong armed into RTO. Also easy to get caught up in the “corporate” world.
