      Pros

      Good people/innovators, wood products "think tank". Salary - ok. Good regional managers. Some of the best sales associates in the business, consistently selling the same products at higher margins.

      Cons

      Can't make timely decisions. Set iLevel residential strategy/course years ago, and won't deviate. For the size, health benefits lacking.

      Little to no training for the actual job, unorganized, outdated, and poorly written reference materials, and unprofessional senior staff that treated training opportunities as excuses to find fault
