Pros

They paid pretty well and I liked my co-workers.

Cons

They are no longer the company they once were. They claim to care about employees (using their "safety culture" as evidence) but really they only care about shareholders and the bottom line. They've have no consideration for their employees demonstrated by the fact that when the Boise location closed and they offered many employees relocation to Federal Way, they didn't bother to mention that the Corporate office would relocate to Seattle by 2016. Now all those relocated employees who bought homes south of Federal Way are stuck with a 2-hour+ commute to Seattle in heavy traffic. Thanks so much. Your ethics really stink.

Pros

Good leadership, safety culture, flexibility, great pay, and career growth.

Cons

I really don’t have anything bad to say about my company. Weyerhaeuser has been a great place to work.

Pros

Good benefits and generous retirement.

Cons

Little to no training for the actual job, unorganized, outdated, and poorly written reference materials, and unprofessional senior staff that treated training opportunities as excuses to find fault
