      Salary, benefits, broad range of work environments and locations, good people

      Cons

      Task oriented jobs do not allow an inquisitive thinking mind to see the whole picture and this is a huge detriment to your ability to grow and thrive. Focus is on getting the task done, management does not want to teach or explain the why.
